TYLER, TX- (City of Tyler) The Water Business Office will close at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 23, for technology upgrades. Due to the office being closed on Monday, May 26, for the Memorial Day holiday, disconnections for nonpayment will be delayed until noon on Tuesday, May 27. 

Customers are encouraged to make payments online, by phone or via the drop box during this period. We appreciate our customers’ understanding and cooperation.
