TYLER, TX- (City of Tyler) What: On Tuesday, May 20, work will be done by Lone Star Equipment for base repairs to the foundation on Fair Park Drive from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., weather permitting. Drivers should expect delays of up to 15 to 20 minutes. The road will be closed to through traffic. Motorists are advised to follow posted signage and allow for extra travel time. 

Where: Fair Park Drive (West Front Street to Rose Park Drive) 

When: Tuesday, May 20, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., weather permitting

What: Crews will begin striping work on Thursday, May 22, and Friday, May 23, as part of the 2025 Asphalt Enhancement Project. Several roads will have routine striping and configuration changes. Paluxy Drive will go from a four-lane roadway to two lanes with a center turn lane and bike lanes. Drivers are encouraged to use caution and expect minor delays in active work zones.

-Paluxy Drive (Loop 323 to Dennis Drive) — Major striping change 

-Cambridge Road/Robert E. Lee Drive (Jeff Davis Drive to Jewell Drive)

-Jeff Davis Drive (Cambridge Road to Paluxy Drive) 

-Cloverdale Drive (Reick Road to Trenton Drive) — Bike lanes added
